Tsethar - Release of Captive Animals / Birds and Nursing Sites

In the Nepal Himalayan region Buddhist devotees release animals like Sheep, Chyangra and Yak into the nature. The animals that are released can't be killed, stripped for wool or used for transporting goods and people.

Release of such captive animals, based on the Buddist concepts in turn, increases the life-expectancy of the releasing person.

This is the great compassion of unconditional love based on the Buddhist concepts. All living beins are equal in essence; so various captive animals are released and nursing sites are created.

If you are interested in such act of loving kindness, we will be more than happy to organise Tsethar progam in Himalaya. Contact us.
